About

Natural Resource Governance specialist with 12+ years of experience in international cooperation, climate change adaptation, and natural resource management across Latin America, Africa, and Europe. Proven experience in consulting and managing multi donor-funded projects, coordinating with government institutions, and implementing ecosystem-based adaptation (EbA) and watershed management projects across governance levels. Strong background in project planning, monitoring and evaluation (M&E), donor reporting, and multi-stakeholder coordination. Extensive experience working in Guatemala.

    • Program monitoring missions in Mali and Guatemala in the context of integrated water management and ecosystem-based adaptation initiatives.
